Role: Technical Internal Sales
Salary: £35K - £40K (DOE)
Hours: Mon - Thur 07:30-16:00 & Fri 07:30-12:40
Contract: Permanent - 100% Office Based
Location: Lowton, Warrington


Our client, a market leading manufacturing company, are looking for an experienced Technical Internal Salesperson to be 100% office based. You will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, combined with commercial acumen to support customers and drive sales growth.

As the Technical Internal Salesperson, your duties include:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product recommendations and application support.
• Develop a deep understanding of company products to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities.
• Attend occasional client meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Providing price & availability for customers automotive parts requirements/quotes.
• Processing new sales orders

The successful Technical Internal Salesperson will have the following skills;

• Ideally have previous experience in B2B technical sales within the automotive or manufacturing sectors
• Familiarity with CAD drawings, technical specifications or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive, manufacturing or industrial environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to understand technical information and translate it into commercial language.
• Proficiency with MS Office required and experience of Syspro or other similar ERP systems preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
