Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week)
1-hour lunch break

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Contact Advisor to join our team. You will support customers, drive workshop bookings, and help grow the business by engaging with decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a dealership, contact centre, or anyone with strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make and manage bookings for customers
  • Drive sales and generate workshop appointments
  • Engage with decision-makers and support business development initiatives
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction

Skills & Experience
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally from a dealership or contact centre environment
  • Confident in speaking to customers
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
