🚛 We’re Hiring: Transport Administrator – Days & Nights
📍 Location: BL5 Area
🕒 Shift Options:

• 4 on 4 off | 6AM – 6PM (includes weekends) 12.80
• 4 on 4 off | 6PM – 6AM (includes weekends)  15.36

🔸 What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily transport schedules, deliveries and collections.
• Plan and allocate delivery routes using Paragon, analysing KPI performance.
• Work closely with warehouse and stores teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Brief and debrief drivers, handling queries from both drivers and customers.
• Monitor service levels, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, managing defect logs via Axscend.
• Ensure full compliance with O-Licence, WTD and tachograph regulations.
• Prepare reports and support the wider GXO management team.
• Champion continuous improvement across all operational processes.

🔸 What We’re Looking For

• Previous transport or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of transport legislation (WTD, driver hours, tachographs, etc.).
• Confident with Excel, Google Sheets and Outlook.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A team player who remains calm under pressure and takes initiative.

🚨 This is a 4 on / 4 off role (including weekends), working either 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM.
