Location: Birmingham (near NEC)
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Type: Temporary Ongoing (with potential to go permanent)

Are you an experienced Call Centre / Contact Centre professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re recruiting a confident and organised Call Handler to join a busy team in the motor industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Making 60–80 outbound calls per day
  • Checking whether vehicles have arrived onsite
  • Confirming if diagnostics have been completed
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal systems accurately
  • Liaising with depots and teams to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous call centre/contact centre experience (essential)
  • Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential—full training provided.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Accurate data-entry and attention to detail
