Job Description

Job Title: Call Centre Advisor (Temporary Contract)
 Location: Alcester (Fully Office-Based)

Contract: Temporary, 15th December – End of January

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

 
About the Role 
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and customer-focused Call Centre Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly identify the nature of a call to ensure it is directed appropriately.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

    •  Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner


    •  Gather accurate and relevant information from callers


    •  Record call details clearly and efficiently


    •  Identify calls that fall outside the team’s remit and provide appropriate signposting to the correct department or service


    •  Maintain high levels of customer service at all times


    •  Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth call handling and customer experience



     
 
About You: 

    •  Strong communication and listening skills


    •  Confident telephone manner


    •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


    •  Good attention to detail and accuracy


    •  Reliable and able to commit to the full duration of the contract


  •  Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
