Steel Fabricator – £14 to £15 per Hour Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Hours: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (Regular Overtime Available)
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

We're looking for a capable and reliable fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is confident working from structural drawings.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabricating structural steelwork from drawings
• Welding mild steel (5mm to 40mm) to a high standard
• Carrying out precise cutting, drilling, and finishing
• Completing single and multi-run fillet welds
• Contributing to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workshop

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years' experience in steel fabrication
• Ability to read and work from detailed fabrication drawings
• Competence in thick plate welding (qualifications preferred)
• Solid understanding of workshop processes and tools

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Regular overtime opportunities at enhanced rates
• Consistent day shifts (Monday to Friday) – no rotating or night shifts
