Tele Researcher

Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for two Tele Researcher's to join one of our new local clients within the Call centre sector in South shields for a long term temporary position. The right candidate must have great communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls and speaking with people from diverse backgrounds. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Conduct Phone Interviews/Surveys 
• Contact respondents by phone (using lists provided) to gather data. 
• Ensure that all questions are answered clearly and thoroughly. 
• Gather and synthesize information based on research goals. 
• Assist with analysis and report writing as needed. 
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data 
• Work closely with other team members to achieve research objectives. 
•  

Essential experience 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Accurately record and input data 
• Clear, articulate, and professional phone manner. 

 
Desirable experience 
Experience within a contact centre environment however this is not essential.
