Job Title: Factory Cleaner
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role:
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and organised? Pertemps are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our client in Dudley. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment across our factory floor and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks across factory floors and office areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise all work spaces, hallways, toilets, and communal areas
• Empty bins, manage waste appropriately, and restock supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Clean high-touch surfaces, machinery bases (non-technical), and shared equipment where necessary
• Follow all health & safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain cleaning records and report any issues or hazards to the supervisor
• Clean and maintain factory floors and office areas
• Ensure all surfaces are kept tidy, hygienic, and presentable
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively (equipment provided)
• Follow health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous commercial and/or industrial cleaning experience (Essential)
• A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to high standards
