COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 5 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, CHESHIRE/ HYBRID, UP TO £45,000 DOE. •The appointed lawyer will manage a diverse and complex caseload involving easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential, working with a variety of clients such as landowners, developers, and funders.

•Applications are open to solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with in depth knowledge of commercial property work, and while experience in agricultural or property development law is beneficial, it is not essential.
