Job Description

Regulatory & Healthcare Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to secure an opportunity in this area of law. JOB REF:0379.

THE ROLE:
• Advise clients across the health and social care sector
• Support on investigations, enforcement actions, fitness to practise matters, and inquests
• Assist with complex advisory work on compliance, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks
• Attend hearings, draft reports, prepare bundles, and liaise with clients and counsel
• Gain early responsibility with excellent support and structured development

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A Newly Qualified solicitor with a training seat or strong interest in regulatory law, public law, or healthcare
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to client service
• Confident, professional, and eager to build a long-term career in the sector
• A genuine interest in the intersection between law, health, and social care
