PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER, NQ SOLICITOR OR AN EXPERIENCED PARALEGAL, UP TO £32,000 DOE, NORTH YORKSHIRE. The appointed solicitor will engage directly with clients on wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, providing top-tier legal advice. •The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts work, with appropriate supervision and support from senior colleagues.

•You will be working directly with clients to provide clear, compassionate, and expert advice, maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for excellence in client care.

•Applicants should be either a paralegal with 2–3 years’ solid experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate, or a newly qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in this area, including client interaction and file management.
