•An excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Partner or Senior Associate level to lead a thriving employment law team within a respected, award winning firm.

•You will handle a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, manage complex employment tribunal cases, draft and advise on employment contracts and policies, and provide support on corporate transactions involving TUPE and organisational restructures.

•The appointed candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in employment law, proven expertise across a broad range of matters, strong client care skills, and ideally a history of winning and retaining work.

•Experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business growth, along with a portable client base or following, is highly desirable.
