Residential Conveyancing Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LOCUM, 2+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, EXETER. We are working alongside a respected law firm in Exeter that is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide holiday cover from 1st to 31st October. JOB REF: 0665

•The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

•You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

•The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with leasehold properties, along with the ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision.
