Family Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Surrey, £Competitive (DOE) – Do you want clear progression to Head of Department or Partnership within a leading family law firm? JOB REF:0752.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a specialist boutique practice recognised in the Legal 500 for its outstanding work in family law. You’ll be part of a highly skilled and supportive team, working on quality privately funded matters and positioning yourself for long-term progression.

THE ROLE
• You will manage a busy and varied caseload of high-quality private family matters, including Divorce and separation, financial remedy, Private children law matters and cohabitation disputes and pre-/post-nuptial agreements
• You will support and mentor junior solicitors within the team
• Play an active role in business development and client relationship building
• Have input into the strategic direction of the family department

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• Have experience working with HNW clients and complex family law issues
• Possess excellent client care skills and a strong sense of empathy
• Be confident handling your own caseload and contributing to team development
• Be interested in or experienced with business development activities
