Commercial Property Locum

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - LOCUM, STAFFORDSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. An experienced locum is sought to support a well regarded firm from 19th to 22nd August, covering a period of annual leave. JOB REF: 0794

•The role is office based, running from 19th August to 22nd August.

•Responsibilities include managing a live caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant work, while ensuring departmental continuity and smooth operations during the fee earner's absence.

•The firm are seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong commercial property experience and the ability to manage files independently and hit the ground running.

•The appointed lawyer will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be available for the full 4-day assignment.
