OVERVIEW:
•You will report to the Contracts Team Leader and manage a caseload that includes consumer contracts, professional negligence claims, and inheritance matters
•The appointed lawyer will provide clear, accurate legal guidance, ensuring clients fully understand their options, the claims process, and possible outcomes
•The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil litigation matters
•The ideal candidate will specialise in Professional Negligence or Inheritance claims
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
