THE ROLE:
Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will possess the ability to take the lead on matters and be able to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have at least 3 years’ PQE in handling all types of residential property matters. Ideal Residential Conveyancers will have experience of dealing with sales, purchases, development and new build plot matters.
