Residential Conveyancer (4-Day Week – 29 Hours)

We are currently working with a small but ambitious and growing firm, who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established team in Devon. The Ideal Candidate:

• You don’t need to be qualified, they welcome solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, or experienced conveyancing professionals
• Ideally 2–3 years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Confidence handling files from instruction through to post-completion
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A client-focused approach with clear, friendly communication
• A collaborative mindset, someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit and positive team
