JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join this successful and growing commercial property team, based in Northamptonshire. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with all aspects of commercial property including sales and purchases of commercial properties, Landlord and Tenant advice including the preparation of leases, licences, rent deposits, notices and assignments; drafting and negotiating ancillary agreements, deeds and side letters; reporting on all aspects of the transaction; auctions and option agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should be able to demonstrate across the broad remit of commercial property law. You will have at least 1 years experience in dealing with your own caseload of commercial property matters and be able to play a key role in further developing commercial property offerings. The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will take over an existing caseload and have an ability to maintain and secure future work. More experienced Commercial Property Solicitors are encouraged to apply.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
The salary for the role will be commensurate with the successful candidates level of experience. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus scheme plus 4 x death in service.
