RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 3+ PQE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £45-60,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the residential property law team of this well regarded law firm. JOB REF: 215301313

The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients - from first-time buyers to individuals with high net worth portfolios - on complex and challenging cases.

• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload, from inception through to conclusion, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new-build, shared ownership, transfers of equity, right to buy, and lease extensions.

• The firm is seeking candidates with experience managing a mixed caseload, who demonstrate a proactive approach to generating new business from both existing and prospective clients.

• You must have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, and the ability to process cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

• You will build and maintain close relationships with clients and key contacts, providing clear legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside a commitment to outstanding client care, are essential.
