JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad and varied caseload of residential property matters including:
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure a smooth process from instruction to completion
You’ll be given autonomy and responsibility, while being supported by a collaborative and friendly team.

THE CANDIDATE:
• 2+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
• Proven experience managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A client-focused approach and ability to work both independently and within a team
• A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a growing firm
