PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, BERKSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50-60,000 (DOE) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE. Outstanding opportunity to join the well regarded Wills & Probate practice of this established firm. JOB REF: 215301417

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including drafting wills, preparing lasting powers of attorney, administering estates, and advising on related tax issues to ensure compliance with legislation. You will deliver expert advice and exceptional client service to guide clients through challenging and sensitive situations.

• The firm are seeking qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with strong technical experience in non-contentious private client work.

• You will be expected to meet agreed fee-earning and caseload targets and deadlines, completing work to a high standard with strong attention to detail. Alongside managing your caseload, you will also contribute to the firm’s business development and networking activities, helping to strengthen its local presence and uphold its reputation.

• You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate exceptional client service, with a strong understanding of the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients. Strong teamwork, a personable approach, and the ability to manage risk and maintain compliance are also essential.
