Paralegal (Commercial Property), 2+ Years Experience, Hampshire – This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of high-value property matters, supporting a busy team in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. JOB REF: 1464

THE ROLE:
• You will play an important role in supporting a busy commercial property department.
• You’ll gain hands-on experience across complex and high-profile matters, helping clients achieve their objectives while developing your own expertise in commercial property law.
• You will assist with a varied caseload to include landlord and tenant matters, property finance transactions, acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and ongoing property management and rent reviews and lease restructuring
• You will also support senior members of the team with more complex matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Paralegals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property law
• You will have previous experience working within a commercial property department
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to client care
