Commercial Property Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £90,000+ (DOE) – This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded national firm on a broad and exciting range of high-value matters. JOB REF:1510.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
• Support the team in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and identifying opportunities for further growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE and substantial experience in a leading real estate team.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and mentor others effectively.
• Commercially astute, confident, and personable, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative approach to client service and team leadership.
