• In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings, and shareholders’ agreements.

• Additionally, you will be expected to take part in the firm’s networking events and business development initiatives to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new business for the department. You will receive support and guidance, along with the opportunity to further develop your career.

• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in corporate law, combined with commercial awareness and a proactive approach to your work—ensuring accurate time recording, timely billings, and the achievement of agreed targets and deadlines.

• You must be able to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision, providing exceptional client service through a deep understanding of each client’s industry and business needs, while maintaining full compliance with SRA and other regulatory requirements.
