Business Development Manager, West Midlands, £45,000+ (DOE) – A unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a highly reputable firm. JOB REF: 1637.

• Applications are sought from experienced Business Development Managers looking for a new challenge in their career.
• You will have proven experience in a professional business to business sales environment, with measurable success in business growth, lead generation, and client retention.
• You will support the Business Development Director and collaborate with Heads of Department to achieve strategic goals and unlock growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, events, social media, and proactive outreach.
• It is essential that you have excellent relationship management skills and a genuine passion for exceptional client care.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities, able to handle multiple priorities with confidence.
• While not essential, experience within the legal, financial, or professional services sectors would be advantageous.
