THE ROLE:
The appointed conveyancer will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, auction properties, lease extensions, rent charges, deeds of variation, transfer of equity matters, and remortgages. You will benefit from full secretarial and post-completion support while using the firms’ electronic case management and digital dictation systems, with training provided.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a CILEX-qualified professional or a Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience. You should demonstrate excellent client care skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. A self motivated and adaptable team player, the candidate will also have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment.
