THE ROLE:
You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, acting for both landlords and tenants across a broad range of landlord and tenant transactions, providing corporate support in relation to the real estate aspects of business transactions and advising on property refinancing and land development projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice to a varied client base, demonstrating strong commercial awareness, technical expertise and a commitment to exceptional client service.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful applicant will be a Solicitor with 4–7 years’ PQE and will ideally have experience managing a broad range of commercial property transactions. You will be a quick learner, eager to adapt to new systems and technologies with enthusiasm. You will be confident in using Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
