LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 2+ YEARS’ PQE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY – Legal 500 firm seeking Solicitor with experience in commercial or civil litigation to focus on contentious probate work. JOB REF:1863

• A specialist Litigation team is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a growing department handling a diverse, high-value caseload. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a well-established practice known for its expertise within contentious private client work and its strong presence across a range of sectors, including agriculture.
• You’ll handle a varied workload of disputes including Claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, challenges to wills, estate administration disputes, fraud, land disputes and professional negligence.
• You’ll be joining a respected team supported by strong private client, property and agriculture departments, working with an impressive and varied client base.
• The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in civil and commercial litigation. Ideally you will have had some exposure to contentious probate and have a keen interest in specialising in this area.
