Job Description

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (LOCUM) 5+ PQE, LEICESTERSHIRE, C. £55 PER HOUR, HYBRID. A NEW OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR A LOCUM SOLICITOR TO STEP IN AND PROVIDE VALUABLE SUPPORT TO THE PRIVATE CLIENT TEAM WITHIN A WELL-ESTABLISHED LAW FIRM. JOB REF: 2063

• The successful solicitor will bring a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and experience managing caseloads of varying complexity.
• You should demonstrate a strong background across a wide spectrum of private client work, including Wills and Estate Planning, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration, Trusts, and Tax Planning.
• This is a locum position suited to someone who can step in confidently, work independently, and take ownership of a busy, complex caseload from day one.
• Outstanding client care and communication abilities are essential, as you will work closely with a well-established and expanding client base.
• You must be able to start at short notice and take responsibility for an existing caseload on an ongoing basis.
• The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
