JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+       
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY:  Up to £80,000 

OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied, high-quality caseload of non-contentious construction matters.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
• Advise a range of clients, including: Developers, contractors, subcontractors and insurers.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and professional appointments.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in construction law.
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction matters.
• Confident managing an independent caseload.
• Able to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to working within a growing team.
