JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: North Yorkshire              
SALARY: Up to £45,000 DOE                     

THE ROLE:
As a Conveyancer in the firm’s residential conveyancing department, you will manage a varied caseload encompassing purchases and sales, transfers of equity, freehold and leasehold remortgages, as well as shared equity and staircasing transactions. You will take responsibility for files from start to finish, supported by a dedicated conveyancing assistant and a case management system.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and with excellent organisational skills. You will be experienced in case management systems (such as Proclaim, Redbrick, or Quill) with attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
