Warehouse /Logistics operative
Location: Eynsham, West Oxfordshire
Salary: £27,000
Job type: Permanent | Monday – Friday |
Shifts: 3 shift patterns rotating weekly (07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00,10:00-19:00) 40 hours paid per week

Join our established logistics team in Eynsham, supporting production by picking, transporting, and receiving materials. You’ll work with high-value medical components in a safety-focused, process-driven environment, using manual handling equipment such as electric pallet trucks and counterbalance forklifts (training provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack materials, palletising as required
• Safely load and unload vehicles, including handling products packed in wooden crates
• Transport and distribute materials and finished products between local storage facilities and the production line
• Receive goods and deliver to the correct location with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Key Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Counterbalance Forklift Certificate
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Awareness of Health & Safety principles
