Job Description
Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 17:00 | 1 Saturday & Sunday each month
Customer Sales Advisors are responsible for ensuring customers consistently receive high levels of service. They provide day-to-day assistance to customers and contribute to the overall cleanliness appearance and overall effectiveness of the operation.
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with sales enquiries from customers over the phone and face-to-face
- Contributing to the achievement of store financial targets
- Identifying and quantifying the potential available from each customer for increasing occupancy and revenue
- Responding effectively to diverse customer needs
To be considered for this Customer Sales Advisor role, you should possess the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience upselling services and products
- Confidence working in a small team environment with lone working
- Effective listening skills when communicating with customers
- Great customer service skills
