Warehouse Operative & Relief Driver – Night Shift (Watford)
Pay: £12.70 – £15.38 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)
Hours: 5–6 days per week (approx. 35–40 hours)
Shift Time: 20:00 – 04:00
Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative & Relief Driver to join a busy night shift operation in Watford. This is primarily a warehouse-based role, focused on picking stock and loading vans, with occasional relief van driving when required - therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
This role offers stability, progression potential and consistent night shift hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working night shifts between 20:00 – 04:00
• Picking, sorting and preparing orders for dispatch
• Safely and accurately loading vans
• Supporting general warehouse operations throughout the shift
• Providing relief multi-drop van driving cover when needed
• Ensuring accuracy, care and attention to detail at all times

What we need from you:

• Previous warehouse experience (picking / loading / dispatch) — essential
• Full UK driving licence — must be confident to drive if required
• Experience in van or multi-drop delivery — desirable
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit for manual handling
• DBS check required (can be completed during onboarding)
• Flexibility to work 5–6 days per week
