What You’ll Lead
- Build and own a multi-year roadmap for supply chain innovation and optimisation.
- Drive initiatives that boost cost efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
- Champion automation, mechanisation, and tech-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, IT, and operations to deliver scalable improvements.
- Create and track KPIs, delivering clear insights to senior leaders.
- Strengthen network agility, resilience, and peak-season readiness.
- Dive deep into data to solve operational challenges.
- Run network modelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Embed a strong Continuous Improvement culture across the organisation.
- Design future network scenarios to fuel long-term growth.
- Support supply-chain-led commercial value creation.
About You
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years in supply chain leadership within retail, FMCG, or omnichannel environments.
- Proven expertise in network planning, optimisation, and execution.
- Strong communicator with standout stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, structured, and governance-driven.
- Analytical, data-led, and commercially astute (P&L experience essential).
- Advanced Excel/MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru, SAP APO/IBP.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable gains in cost, speed, and quality.
- High-energy, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
