Bournemouth (Hybrid) | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

Looking to lead a finance function that really matters? This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take charge of a central cash operations team in a fast-paced, purpose-led business.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full cash management cycle, from day-to-day operations and reconciliations to longer-term strategy and improvements. This is a role for someone who’s confident leading people, thrives on structure and process, and is ready to make a real impact at the heart of a growing, commercially-focused organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading and developing a talented team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Owning daily cashflow operations — allocations, reconciliations, forecasting and reporting
  • Working closely with teams across the business to resolve issues and improve process flow
  • Producing insightful reporting and using data to drive decisions
  • Strengthening controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Identifying ways to make processes more efficient through better systems or automation

What we’re looking for:
  • Qualified (or equivalent experience) AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA
  • Proven experience in cash management, banking operations or a similar finance function with team management experience
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills
  • A hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail and a drive for getting things right
  • Someone who’s calm under pressure, great at juggling priorities, and brings a proactive mindset
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels

What’s in it for you?
  • Hybrid working with a base in Bournemouth
  • Bonus scheme, car or car allowance, plus great benefits
  • A genuinely supportive culture with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A role where your voice is heard and your ideas are welcome

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
