Job Description

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with an established organisation in Hampshire supporting them with their search for a new Financial Controller.
 
The key responsibilities of Financial Controller will include:
 
  • Leading the monthly management accounts production & present to senior board members
  • Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy & clarity
  • Provide in depth forecasting, budgeting, & analysis for key business partners
  • Motivate and develop the finance team encouraging effective collaboration and structure
  • Suggest and implement financial strategies & process improvements on a continuous basis
 
The suitable candidate will possess:
 
  • Full ACCA/CIMA Qualification + significant post qualification experience
  • Proven experience in a similar senior position
  • Excellent communication skills & evidence of strong business partnering abilities
  • Experience building and leading a team
  • Excellent all-round IT abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
