Debt Recovery Specialist

Sheridan Maine are seeking a detail-oriented Debt Recovery Specialist to support the Finance teams with legal recovery activity for a market leading business based in North Hampshire. 

This newly created position will be working in partnership with legal, finance and risk teams. The role will encompass a wide range of duties, including:
 

• Liaise with external agencies and maintain accurate system information
• Produce a range of reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and chase ongoing cases to ensure team objectives are achieved
• Coordinate with internal teams in the recovery of assets
• Liaise with customers to arrange and facilitate asset collections
• Review and generate documentation for legal requirements
• Continually provide excellent communication and customer service throughout all recovery proceedings

 
This fantastic rare opportunity, will be ideal for a candidate with the following attributes and experience:
 

• Knowledge of debt recovery and legal proceedings
• Intermediate level Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Self motivated and able to use own initiative
