Warehouse Operative

Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pmn
Pay: From £12.85 per hour  
Contact: Temp – Perm  

Pertemps Kidderminster are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in the local area. This is a Temporary - Permanent position and a great opportunity to join a friendly, hard-working team. The successful candidate will be a reliable, trustworthy individual who is keen to help. Applicants MUST hold a UK Driving Licence, Bendi Forklift is also desirable.

The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:

• Pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Efficiently and accurately handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as a Bendi Forklift
• Use the company vehicle to make local deliveries
• Conduct regular quality checks on products
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised environment

The Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative desirable
• MUST hold a UK Driving licence
• Familiar with warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to operate a Forklift desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing tasks
• This role can be physically demanding
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Good communication skills both in the Warehouse and during deliveries
