As a B2B Lead Generator, working for a Finance brand, your role is to drive new business generation by proactively engaging with companies across the UK. This role focuses on outbound prospecting via telephone, identifying and qualifying appointments, and nurturing potential leads. This is a business to business B2B lead generation role.
As a Lead Generation Specialist you'll need:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with prospective customers.
• A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• A competitive, proactive & tenacious approach to prospecting, with a willingness to make outbound calls and follow up persistently.
• Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring leads are relevant and aligned with business goals.
• Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges in a consultative sales environment.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
