Job Description

Compliance Administrator

Pertemps Crewe are currently searching for a Compliance Administrator for their long-standing client in Stoke on Trent with an immediate start.  This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
 
For this Compliance Administrator role, you will be responsible for:
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including managing Change Controls, Complaints, Risk Assessments, Deviations, and CAPAs as needed
  • Provide administrative support for the QMS, including:
    • Managing document control (SOPs, forms, and records)
    • Issuing and archiving controlled documents
    • Tracking change controls
    • Managing records for deviations, CAPAs, and complaints
    • Coordinating Product Quality Complaint (PQC) handling
  • Organise and schedule internal audits, supplier qualification and requalification, training sessions, and maintain up-to-date training records
  • Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections (e.g., MHRA, VMD) and audits
  • Ensure all quality documents are accurate, current, and meet regulatory requirements
  • Keep records updated for approved suppliers and customers, temperature logs and transportation validation data
  • Help prepare documentation for Home Office submissions, including the annual return for Controlled Drugs and also management Review meetings
  • Create and update KPI reports and compliance dashboards.
  • Support the Responsible Person (RP) with tasks related to GDP compliance.
  • Handle documentation for customer and supplier GDP-related queries or requests.
  • Support onboarding processes, including GDP awareness training for new starters.

Details of the Compliance Administrator role:
Working hours: Mon-Fri 0600-1500 (this can be somewhat negotiated)
Pay: £12.56PH
Location: Stoke on Trent
