Are you passionate about supporting people to regain their independence and confidence at home? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Reablement Enabler to join the in-house Adult Social Care team for a local authority in North London. 
About the Role:
As a Reablement Enabler, you’ll deliver hands-on care and support to individuals in line with their personalised Reablement or support plans. You will work in an enabling and person-centred way, helping people achieve their goals and promoting independence wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
🛁 Provide personal care and support as outlined in care plans
🏡 Assist with domestic tasks and support in-home recovery
💪 Deliver exercise programmes designed by therapists
🤝 Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals
📋 Contribute to reviews and progress tracking toward agreed outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Level 2 NVQ or QCF Level 3
✔ A strong commitment to person-centred care and promoting independence
✔ Willingness and ability to travel within the local area
✔ Flexibility to work on a 7-day rota, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts
✔ Experience in a care or reablement setting is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
✔ A team player with excellent communication skills
