Occupational Therapist – Reablement Team
📍 Bourne Hill, Salisbury (with travel across South Wiltshire)
💷 £35 per hour (Umbrella Ltd)
⏰ 37 hours per week | Hybrid working

Looking for your next rewarding role as an Occupational Therapist? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Reablement Team in South Wiltshire, where you’ll make a real difference every day.
In this role, you’ll be working with people following illness, injury or hospital admission, helping them regain independence and confidence in their own homes. You’ll be carrying out strengths-based assessments, creating creative and person-centred reablement plans, and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.

You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-skilled team made up of OTs, OT Assistants, Support Workers – all guided by a Principal OT. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of two days a week at the hub in Bourne Hill.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
✔️ Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
✔️ A strong background in assessment and reablement planning
✔️ A full UK driving licence – travel is a key part of the role
