Locum Physiotherapist, Frailty Team, West Midlands 
Pay rate £44.05 per hour 
Contract role – Frailty Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist in the West Midlands 
Team: Frailty Team Service:  

• Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Clinic 

• Assessment of up to 4 patients in clinic.  

• Looking at falls risk and mobility issues.  

• Follow ups are then completed in patients own home.  

• Working location: Clinic operates from Stan Ball Centre, Bloxwich, Walsall 

• Follow up visits will be in patients homes.
