Executive Assistant (Design Agency) (Spanish Speaking)

A Design Studio who work exclusively in Spanish with various offices in Spain, and one in London (where this vacancy is), you'll be shadowing and assisting the London Managing Director, where you must be fluent in English and Spanish for this position (especially Spanish).

You'll be assisting the Managing Director, liaising with other team members, making sure their diary is up to date, and assisting with any tasks with other clients and contractors as well.

Ideally you have worked in a Design Agency, and understand how fast-pace it is and are very accurate and organized and strong in the various Microsoft Office programmes.You must have the right to work in the UK for this position, while those on a spousal or a dependant visa will also be possible for this position.Do apply with CV within to gil.rubin@network.cc to be considered.
