The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide small group and 1-2-1 interventions, and help reinforce core literacy and numeracy skills. You will play a key role in the classroom, working closely with pupils to build their confidence, support their learning, and contribute to their overall academic development.

The Candidate
This position is ideal for graduates from English, Maths, or Humanities backgrounds who are enthusiastic about education and eager to make a difference. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in working with children are essential. Previous experience in a school or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
