A fantastic Alternative Provision in East Birmingham is looking for a Science Teacher to join their dedicated team. You will be teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students in small groups, delivering engaging and practical Science lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Many of the students have experienced challenges in mainstream education and benefit from a calm, structured approach. The ability to build positive relationships, manage behaviour effectively, and inspire a love for learning is essential.

Job Role:

• Teaching Science to small groups of KS3 & KS4 students.
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Creating a calm, purposeful classroom environment.
• Supporting students with SEMH needs to achieve academic progress.
• Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff.
