Air Conditioning Installation Engineers – Nationwide – £17–£19 per hour
Package:

• £17.00 – £19.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 40-hour contract
• Door-to-door pay
• Plenty of overtime available

The Role:
We are looking for experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to join a well-established building services company based in Lincolnshire, operating on a national scale. This role focuses solely on the installation of air conditioning systems, with projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and occasional domestic sites.
Engineers will be responsible for delivering high-quality install work across new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects, with a strong focus on industrial clients, including logistics and warehousing contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems
• Work on new build, refurbishment, and retrofit projects
• Read and interpret technical drawings and install plans
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant regulations
• Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain a professional and safe working environment on-site

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Proven experience in air conditioning installations
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
• Full UK driving licence
