The Role
You’ll deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, following the national curriculum and adapting to the needs of mixed-ability learners. The school is keen to find a teacher who can inspire students, build confidence, and promote enquiry-based learning. You’ll also play an active part in departmental planning and assessment, with the full support of a strong and collaborative Science team.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
A qualified Science Teacher with QTS or an ECT with strong placement experience
Confident teaching across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3 and KS4
Skilled in behaviour management and differentiation
Able to create a stimulating classroom environment and relate lessons to real-world scenarios
A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
